Our Core Values
Put Our Students Before Ourselves
Our work begins and ends with our students. Every decision we make is guided by the impact it has on their learning, growth, and confidence.
Do the Little Things with Care
Meaningful learning is built through everyday moments. We take care in how we teach, communicate, and work, knowing that small, thoughtful actions move our mission forward.
Do Right by Each Other
Great work happens in teams that support and uplift one another. We show up for each other, share generously, and strive to be the kind of peers we would want to work with.
Embrace What’s Outside Your Box
Growth happens when we step beyond what feels familiar. We take initiative, experiment, and approach new challenges with curiosity.
Speak Your Mind
Every voice matters. We encourage open, honest, and respectful feedback — being polite to our customers but candid with each other.
Dare to Think Differently
Building a progressive education company requires new ways of thinking. We challenge existing playbooks and look for better ways to do things.
